Awards for Hotel Ronacher

We are very proud to have officially received the award as a family-friendly employer in the Federal Chancellery in Vienna.

We received the highest award which is given to hotels worldwide: The "5 Diamond Award", which is the Oscar among all distinctions.

It is awarded by the "American Academy of Hospitality Sciences" whose head is Donald Trump. The honorific speech was presented by Oscar winner Maximillian Schell.

Fantastic –Thermal Hotel Ronacher receives the "Golden Coffee Bean"! The publisher of the gourmet magazine Falstaff Mr. Rosam, presented us ceremoniously with the "Golden Coffee Bean" which stands for highest coffee quality. Sandra Pires was one of the first to present her congratulations for this prize to her favourite wellness oasis, the Thermal Hotel Ronacher, and to Simone Ronacher.

This is a very special honour for us because Austrian coffee culture is especially dear to us. During the past year about 17,000 testers of the Falstaff Gourmet club travelled through Austria to assess the quality of the coffee made. It gives us great pleasure that we made our mark with the coffee quality at Hotel Ronacher and were able to receive this special prize.

Simone and Markus Ronacher continuously expand their gourmet offers, most recently by opening a Delicacy Buffet where specialties prepared by the hotel’s own manufacture are offered: delicacies, jams & teas.

Anonymous testers of the gourmet guide Gault Millau therefore distinguished Hotel Ronacher with the „Golden Tea Leaf“. Bernhard Zoller, managing director of the tea manufacturer especially liked our "Elfengarten Kräutertee". For the award of the "Golden Tea Leaf" the Gault Millau publishers invited Martina and Karl Hohenlohe.
