- Additional charge for single stay in a double room: plus 30 %
- Dogs (dog food is not included) € 29 per day, no final cleaning service. Dogs are not allowed to enter the restaurant or the 5.500 m² thermal spa and pools.
- Children, accompanied by their parents, are welcome to visit the nude area until 3:00 p.m. From 3:00 p.m., this area is only accessible for guests over the age of 14 years.
- We charge the normal room rate in case of late arrival or early departure.
- Local deposit of 30 %. Cancellation fees according to the official Austrian Hotel rules.
- Check In: 15:00. Check Out: 12:00 midday.

Arriving early and staying a bit longer
This is unique in Bad Kleinkirchheim, perhaps in Austria - from a two night stay onwards is the breakfast available until 12 noon on the day of arrival, and there is no rush on the day of departure: because Carinthia is so beautiful and the the thermal world including the sauna are open until 9 p.m. Please find out more here!
