Susanne Wagner
Antara spine stabilization

June, 28. - 05.07. 2025

Body and movement have been Susanne Wagner’s profession for more than 30 years. She has worked her way from the outside in, gaining a multi-layered insight into how protagonists can “work their way up” in hierarchies with commitment, an interest in learning and a lot of practice. With thousands of course participants and clients, she has developed a special ability to recognize patterns of movement and trace them back through the layers to their origin. Only here can change and new things be learned in a meaningful way. She works playfully, creatively, with images, stories and a lot of joy.

For Susanne Wagner, tangible challenges are “potential developments” – if you want to develop your potential with joy, you’ve come to the right place. She specializes in posture, stability and, above all, core training, which can improve the basic quality of any sport. She uses the scientifically based Antara® training as a movement concept for group fitness, because it offers exercises that make sense for a modern lifestyle and because Antara® works.

Heidi Hammes
Pilates / Spine Fitter

November, 09.11. - 16.11.2025

Pilates is a full-body workout that benefits the body, mind and soul. The interplay of conscious breathing, high concentration and precise execution of the exercises strengthens the body and gives it better flexibility. It also develops an upright posture and promotes body awareness. Each exercise strengthens and stabilises the centre of the body, the so-called powerhouse. This consists of the pelvic floor, abdominal and back muscles. Other sports also benefit from regular and professional Pilates training, and the conscious training and full concentration on the body contribute to relaxation as well as building up muscles and flexibility.

The SPINEFITTER by SISSEL® is a multifunctional training device that can be used to counteract back pain or muscle tension in the shoulder and neck area. Blockages and tension can be released with the help of the SPINEFITTER and are a thing of the past.
