
Mindfulness as a gift – a review of the course with Sophia Häffner
The “Mindfulness and Relaxation” course with Sophia Häffner took place at the Ronacher – an offer that not only sounded promising on paper, but also left a deep impression on the participants.
Every day at 9:00 and 17:00, 15 sessions took place in the light-flooded yoga room. The atmosphere: calm, warm and inviting. The focus: arriving, letting go, recharging.
Sophia Häffner impressed with her mixture of presence, clarity and sensitivity.
The topics ranged from stress management to gratitude and forgiveness. Each meditation was a small path to oneself. Sophia summarized the experience in a few apt sentences.
The fact that the course was not only professional but also touching is shown by a letter from a reader that reached us after the end of the program.

Here are a few lines about the “Mindfulness and Relaxation” course with Sophia Häffner.
This course is a gift, a great gift!
15 sessions take place on 8 consecutive days, each at the same hour, in a beautiful high, light-flooded yoga room.
Sophia welcomes each participant personally and begins each session with physical exercises that everyone can do as intensively as they feel comfortable.
For me, it is an extremely pleasant atmosphere that allows me to relax and wind down.
Sophia then leads us into meditation, either lying down or as is comfortable and beneficial for everyone.
With her clear, bright voice, she leads us step by step on various paths closer and closer to ourselves.
Everyone has their own experience there and can take the essence back with them into their everyday lives.
Sophia is excellent at getting to the heart of the experience in just a few sentences.
It is about coping with stress in everyday life, but much more than that.
Letting go, gratitude and forgiveness are just a few pearls from her rich pool of meditations.
Since our arrival at the Ronacher, I have enjoyed this special kind of attention and care for body, mind and soul every day at 9:00 and 17:00.
Many thanks to Sophia, who accompanies us there in her wonderful way and personality and takes everyone along in her own way.
Finally, a few physical exercises round off the session to bring us fully back to the here and now.
