In the mornings you help yourself at the breakfast buffet until 12 noon in the delicatessen – there is a warm dish every day here from 11 a.m. to 12 noon.

Over the last few years vegetarian and vegan cooking started to be requested from our kitchen team. "We receive extremely positive feedback from our guests as these dishes are considered to be a sustainable form of nutrition suitable for allergy sufferers", says chef Michael Oberrauter. "Allergy sufferers are welcome!" Our vegetarian and vegan gourmet menus provide a special alternative to the daily gourmet dinner.
