What is most important to you when cooking?
That it‘s part of my Mediterranean cooking background that is reflected on your plates - light and full of variety. That premium Carinthian produce is given creative upgrading. And that the pan, my favourite working utensil, remains part of my daily challenges for a long time to come.
You have been in the Ronacher since 17 years. Which stops preceded this?
It all began at my Mum and Granny! After the school of hotel management I moved to Switzerland, and Austria has been my culinary homeland since 1998.
Why did a Neapolitan settle down in Bad Kleinkirchheim?
Thanks to the love for my wife Renate and because of the beautiful “Mediterranean flair“ of Carinthia!

Over the last few years vegetarian and vegan cooking started to be requested from our kitchen team. "We receive extremely positive feedback from our guests as these dishes are considered to be a sustainable form of nutrition suitable for allergy sufferers", says chef Giuseppe Nocera. "Allergy sufferers are welcome!" Our vegetarian and vegan gourmet menus provide a special alternative to the daily gourmet dinner.
