Kristine Charlier
Holistic Training
July, 20.07. - 25.07.2026
For over 15 years, Kristine Charlier has been guiding people as a certified personal trainer and group instructor on their journey toward greater strength, stability, and inner balance. For her, movement is not an obligation — it’s a passion, deeply rooted in a childhood shaped by competitive sports such as basketball, athletics, and focused strength training.
After a serious car accident resulting in injuries to her knee, arm, and foot, Kristine faced a radical turning point. What seemed like the end of her active sports career and her studies in sports science became the beginning of a new, more mindful relationship with her own body. Intensive rehabilitation sharpened her awareness of the subtle connections between training, recovery, and mental balance.
Today, Kristine stands for holistic training with depth and purpose. In personal sessions and group classes, she blends cardio training, back care, strength building, joint stabilization, and functional movement into flowing, intelligently designed workouts. Elements of yoga, Pilates, fascia training, and soothing relaxation techniques add lightness, depth, and that special extra touch to every session.
At DAS RONACHER, Kristine offers guests something you can’t quite put your finger on — but can feel intensely: a truly positive body sensation.

Heidi Hammes
Pilates / Spine Fitter
November, 23.11. - 28.11.2026
Pilates is a full-body workout that benefits the body, mind and soul. The interplay of conscious breathing, high concentration and precise execution of the exercises strengthens the body and gives it better flexibility. It also develops an upright posture and promotes body awareness. Each exercise strengthens and stabilises the centre of the body, the so-called powerhouse. This consists of the pelvic floor, abdominal and back muscles. Other sports also benefit from regular and professional Pilates training, and the conscious training and full concentration on the body contribute to relaxation as well as building up muscles and flexibility.
The SPINEFITTER by SISSEL® is a multifunctional training device that can be used to counteract back pain or muscle tension in the shoulder and neck area. Blockages and tension can be released with the help of the SPINEFITTER and are a thing of the past.
