Training by the Nordic way
Nordic walking, fast, rhythmic walking with two sticks, has been an integral part of the sports landscape for years. No wonder, after all, the endurance sport that was developed in Scandinavia is gentle, easy on the joints and yet effective.
Regardless of whether you are 25 or 65, whether you are a man or a woman, whether you are a beginner or an endurance athlete - walking on a stick is a healthy and effective workout for everyone.
Aqua Nordic Walking
Michael Epp, Nordic Walking World Champion, recognized the benefits of Nordic Walking early on and took it to a new level. Combining the positive effects, water provides additional resistance to the Nordic Walking action so the workout is even more intensified. The rhythm of the technique is slightly different and you need your core even more to maintain balance and coordination. Equipped with special Aqua Nordic Walking poles, all muscle groups are trained continuously.
