Dogs
Dogs (no meals included) € 15,-/day and final day’s cleaning € 20,-. Dog are not allowed in the dining room or the 4,000 m² Spa World.

Late arrivals and early departures will be charged for the full agreed booking period. A deposit of € 220,- is required. Cancellation terms and conditions in accordance with Austrian Hotel Regulations.

Cancellation fees are charged in accordance with Austrian Hotel Regulations.

Check In: 3:00 pm.
Check Out: 12:00 pm.
Late Check Out: If you would like to use your room after 12:00 pm on the agreed day of departure, we will charge a late check out fee of € 44, - per person. Please be aware that we will only be able to offer this service according to availability. Please make enquires at the reception.

Surcharge for a one night’s stay: 10%.
3rd person - over 14 years - in room: 20% discount.
Surcharge for single occupancy of a double room: 50%.
