Healthy eating
Natural cuisine
Experience the latest trend in dining. Light, fresh and natural, and yet with all the finesse of a 2-bonnet Gault Millau cuisine. Tender fish and lean meat can, by all means, be added to complete the dish. However vegetables in all their variety and seasonal diversity are the mainstay of this cuisine.
Vegetarian cuisine
Creative, varied and meat-free delights. A special vegetarian main course is on offer daily. There are also a number of ways to combine dishes. .
Hay diet
The HAY DIET is more than just a simple diet – it’s a nutritional philosophy. Trim your figure by feasting like a connoisseur! The simple way to explain the process, also known as food combining, is that the Hay diet separates carbohydrates and proteins with every meal. As a result, your digestive organs are not so severely burdened, thereby improving your health – both physically and mentally. The separation approach works particularly well for people who are conscious of their waistlines. Our chef, Michael Oberrauter, takes the famous Hay diet to the highest level of culinary perfection.
Fresh, natural products from Carinthian farmers
Our 2-bonnet Gault Millau restaurant only uses locally sourced fresh milk products – products that have earned a reputation for quality and taste far beyond our borders. Carinthia offers an ideal combination of nature and traditional dairy farming, delivering healthy, tasty products, which are appreciated by locals and visitors, alike. It is therefore only natural that we obtain our certified organic free-range eggs, mutton and pork and seasonal fruit and vegetables from local Carinthian farmers. The range of other produce on offer is as diverse as the region, enough to whet your appetite, for a culinary journey through Carinthia.
