5 Tibetan exercises
The 5 Tibetans promise youth and vitality right into old age, when practised regularly. The exercises promote harmonious health and wellbeing.
Nordic Walking
Nordic walking involves natural movement, whereby nearly all 650 muscles of the human body are trained. It is 40 to 50 times more effective then walking without poles.

Our fitness studio is equipped with state of the art fitness apparatus from Technogym, for those who like to keep fit. A spa receptionist will be glad to offer any assistance you may require, or guide you through the functions of any machine.
